Cable Handling Hook sticks are use in the mining industry as a method of handling energized high voltage electrical cables supplying draglines, shovels, drills and other electrical equipment.

Mining cable voltages range  from 600 V to 35,000 V and are safe to handle when using this device.

Cable handling hook sticks are designed with a fiberglass insulated shaft, a molded D-type handle and either a single hook or double reversing hook. Hook diameters range from 75cm.

A storage bag is recommended to store this device in as it is considered a safety tool for electrical personnel. Care and Maintenance instructions come with each tool outlining proper care and storage.

Tested to 60,000 V, this assembly is lightweight and durable.
